Ten years after the invasion of Naboo, tensions across the galaxy have grown, and a rising separatist movement threatens to divide the Republic. When Senator Padmé Amidala is targeted in an assassination attempt, the young Jedi apprentice Anakin Skywalker is tasked with protecting her.
As a close bond develops between them, Anakin struggles with intense emotions and inner conflicts that challenge his path as a Jedi. Meanwhile, Obi-Wan Kenobi uncovers clues pointing to a hidden threat that could spark a larger conflict across the galaxy.
