We have from the unique, smaller meeting rooms to 240 conference seats in the dome. The possibilities are many at Planetarium and no two events are the same.

Made in Space – Capacity maximum 150 guests

The many effects in the Planetarium's 300 square meter exhibition area give every company event its very own atmosphere.
Made in Space can be used for a variety of arrangements.

  • Welcome drinks before a presentation in The Dome Theater
  • Product Presentations (production launches) and meetings
  • Lectures or seminars
  • Standing buffet receptions, cocktail parties and gala dinners

Work tables can also be used for smaller groups.
Standing buffet for up to 150 people.
Gala dinner for up to 100 people.
AV equipment: Projector and sound system with up to five wireless microphones etc. 

Little Auditorium – maximum 48 guests

Planetarium's little auditorium is daily utiilized as a 3D cinema. Here there is a fixed seating arrangement sloping down towards the stage. 3D movies can be viewed as an entertaining addition to an event.
AV equipment: Projector with audio output in HTX quality.

Astronomy library– Board Meetings max 15 guests

The Astronomy Library provides the perfect venue for small corporate meeting, workshops  or board meetings. On the first floor we have arranged a cozy room with a wall lined with books and astronomical memorabilia which creates a special atmosphere for traditional meeting activities. It is our Astronomy Library which  is buzzing with history.
You can rent the meeting room without meals or choose a meeting package, which includes morning coffee and a lunch.
AV Equipment: Video projector with audio jack, HDMI / DVI input. Wireless network.

 

The Dome Theatre – capacity 240 in cinema seating

The Planetarium Dome Theatre, which daily fascinates guests with a digital space trip and beautiful films on the unique dome can create a setting for your next event or conference.

The digital and advanced design equipment can present perhaps Denmark’s largest, Power Point of up to 300 square meters and be put into play in various ways that make any presentation an unforgettable experience. Start the event with a presentation of the current starry sky on the 1,000 square meter dome screen which sets the stage for the day’s conference program.

SPACELAB - capacity maximum 35 guests

In SpaceLAB there is ample opportunity to be inspired by the world of astronomy. It is a classroom complete with flexible table settings that can be adapted to your needs on the day of the meeting.
You can rent the meeting room without meals or choose a meeting package, which includes morning coffee and a lunch.
